Nuform Type, founded by lettering artist Erik Marinovich in January 2022, is a type design studio based in the United States. The studio draws inspiration from culturally offbeat and eccentric influences to create expressive letterforms. Notable works include OZIK, a 4-weight display typeface inspired by Black Sabbath's "Vol. 4" album, OZIK Soft, a rounder and friendlier version of OZIK, Nuform Sans, a 5-weight family designed to complement OZIK, and Roko, a modern take on the geo-sans style. Other typefaces include BRZO, Hermanos, and Jaws, each offering unique, contemporary designs. Nuform Type's fonts have been used in various projects, including the OZIK typeface featured in the album art for the "We Stand with Ukraine" benefit concert in 2022 by Barracuda Music.
