​Kilotype is an independent type foundry based in Harxheim, Germany, founded in 2017 by type designers William Montrose and Selma Losch. The foundry specializes in both bespoke type design and a self-distributed catalog of commercial fonts.Notable typefaces include Frequenz, Sequenz, Oldschool Grotesk, and Charlottenburg—each blending contemporary flair with historical roots. Kilotype’s work has appeared in projects for Seoul Philharmonic, Deutsche Kinemathek, and Dua Lipa’s “Love Again.”
